iPhone 4. Talk about amazing.

What i saw from the liveblog i was watching.

-Super HD Display. 326 dpi. 4x more than the original display

-Video chatting. Simply press the video button when on a phone call, and have face time with any other iPhone 4. It has 2 cameras front and back.

-Multitasking. enough said.

-HD Video recording and editing. Records video in 720p at 30fps. New iMovie app to edit movies right on the phone

-5megapixle camera with an LED flash.

yeah you gotta go in with a contract commitment. I don't know if i want to preorder my new iphone, i think part of the fun is waiting in line for it. I was 2nd in line at an AT&T store here in St.Louis for the 3G.

Mic, do you know if you do the pre order, do they ship it to the Apple Store and have your name on it, and you just go pick it up?? What is the deal on the pre-order?

WHen the time comes, i definitely want the new protective case that Apple made this time. Yes they made their own, and are calling it the Bunker...Lame name, but it looks decent. I can't wait. This is going to be the coolest phone ever. EVER. EVER EVER

I'm pretty sure the multitasking feature is enabled via software update, and will also apply to existing 3GS models (last year's phone) but not the 3G version from 2 years ago.

I have the 3GS so that's why i care.

currently, I love my iPhone, but I also will not buy a $200-300 phone every year. only downside to Apple's model is they obsolete their own products very quickly.

yeah, the new iOS4 will apply to the 3G and 3GS, but not all features will be available to the 3G, and the 3G is no longer going to be sold.

I have the 3G from 2 years ago, and i want a serious upgrade which is why i'm going for the new phone. I'll be waiting in line for it all night, i was 2nd for the 3G when it came out.

I heard AT&T was restructuring their price plans. Might want to check up on them. I am sure their objective is not to go cheaper.
I think a 200mb package, 2GB package and if you tether its an additional $20 per with no additional bandwidth. If you choose to do video chat, I can only imagine the network choke it will have, considering almost 30% of regular calls are dropped in NYC alone. If you record in 780, I would guess you could get about 1 minute of video?

Will the i-phone 4 support Wi-max (aka 4G)??

What makes this better than the HTC incredible? Not the camera or lack of Flash, crappy host or lack of open source or is it simply the overpriced Apple logo and 75 - 100% markup on base costs? ..and the Incredible is out now. I am not an HTC/Google fanboy either, just don't get the hype over nothing new. Please enlighten me.
